Our journey has started back in 2021 under the name Infinite Solutions. Specializing in investment operations consulting, operational risk, governance, and structuring of support services for financial institutions, investment companies, and family offices.
And in 2025, the firm evolves into CtrlShift expanding capabilities to offer a broader, more integrated suite of advisory, consulting, and operational services. بدأت رحلتنا عام 2021 تحت اسم إنفينيت سولوشنز كشركة متخصصة في استشارات عمليات الاستثمار والمخاطر التشغيلية والحوكمة وهيكلة خدمات الدعم للمؤسسات المالية وشركات الاستثمار والمكاتب العائلية.
وفي عام 2025، تطورت الشركة إلى كنترول شيفت موسّعةً قدراتها لتقديم مجموعة أكثر شمولاً وتكاملاً لتشمل خدمات الاستشارات الإدارية والخدمات التشغيلية. كنترول شيفت شركة استشارات أعمال واستشارات إدارية وخدمات مُدارة متمحورة حول الأمور المالية - مُقدَّمة بكفاءة الشركات العالمية الكبرى، ورؤية محلية عميقة وحقيقية، والمرونة اللازمة لإحداث فرق قابل للقياس.

Before joining CtrlShift, Ashraf spent 18 years with global audit and consulting firms (Deloitte and PwC), where he most recently held the position of Partner at PwC. Ashraf brings extensive experience in financial audit and advisory services. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record working with a wide range of clients across both the private and public sectors and in various industries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by SOCPA.
قبل انضمامه إلى كنترول شيفت، أمضى أشرف 18 عامًا في شركات التدقيق والاستشارات العالمية (ديلويت وبرايس ووترهاوس كوبرز)، حيث شغل في آخر مناصبه موقع شريك في PwC. يمتلك أشرف خبرة واسعة في خدمات التدقيق المالي والاستشارات. على مدار مسيرته المهنية، بنى سجلاً حافلاً في العمل مع طيف واسع من العملاء في القطاعين الخاص والعام وعبر مختلف القطاعات. يحمل درجة البكالوريوس في علوم المحاسبة من جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن، وهو محاسب قانوني معتمد مرخص من الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين (SOCPA).
Ahmed brings extensive experience in investment operations, securities, and support services through his work with SEDCO Capital. He also held leadership roles at Deloitte and KPMG, where he specialized in audit and financial advisory services. Throughout his career, Ahmed has built a strong track record in financial oversight, risk management, and strategic financial planning. He currently serves as Chairman, Board Member, and Audit Committee Chairman in several companies. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and he has completed the CFO Executive Programme at London Business School.
يمتلك أحمد خبرة واسعة في عمليات الاستثمار والأوراق المالية وخدمات الدعم من خلال عمله في سيدكو كابيتال. كما شغل أدوارًا قيادية في ديلويت وكي بي إم جي، حيث تخصص في خدمات التدقيق والاستشارات المالية. على مدار مسيرته المهنية، بنى سجلاً حافلاً في الإشراف المالي وإدارة المخاطر والتخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي. ويشغل حاليًا منصب رئيس مجلس إدارة وعضو مجلس إدارة ورئيس لجنة مراجعة في عدة شركات. يحمل درجة البكالوريوس في علوم المحاسبة من جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن، وأتم برنامج المدير المالي التنفيذي في مدرسة لندن للأعمال.
Abdulaziz is a financial expert with deep experience in transactions, corporate finance, governance, and operational excellence. He began his career at Deloitte in audit services. He later worked at the Public Investment Fund, engaging with international investment banks on valuation models, due-diligence workstreams, and capital structure design. At SEDCO Capital, he coordinated transaction execution, corporate actions, and cash-flow forecasting for more than 20 funds. Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of Business and Technology, and an Executive Master's degree from HEC Paris.
عبدالعزيز خبير مالي يمتلك خبرة عميقة في الصفقات وتمويل الشركات والحوكمة والتميز التشغيلي. بدأ مسيرته المهنية في ديلويت في خدمات التدقيق. ثم عمل لاحقًا في صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، حيث تعاون مع بنوك الاستثمار الدولية في نماذج التقييم وعمليات العناية الواجبة وتصميم الهياكل الرأسمالية. في سيدكو كابيتال، نسّق تنفيذ الصفقات والإجراءات التقديمية وتوقعات التدفق النقدي لأكثر من 20 صندوقًا. يحمل درجة البكالوريوس في علوم المحاسبة من جامعة الأعمال والتقنية، ودرجة الماجستير التنفيذي من مدرسة HEC باريس.
