Any advisory or consulting services are provided only under a signed engagement letter setting out the agreed scope and terms.

Contacting us through this website, including through the contact form, does not create a client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until an engagement has been agreed.

The CtrlShift name, logo, text, graphics, and other content on this website belong to CtrlShift or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

كنترول شيفت — شروط الاستخدام
آخر تحديث: 30 سبتمبر 2026. تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني ctrlshiftsa.com («الموقع») الذي تديره شركة كنترول شيفت للاستشارات المهنية (سجل تجاري 7050189286)، ويُعد استخدامك للموقع موافقةً عليها.
1. محتوى تعريفي فقط.
يقدّم محتوى الموقع معلومات عامة عن كنترول شيفت وخدماتها، ولا يُعد استشارة مهنية أو مالية أو قانونية أو ضريبية أو استثمارية، ولا ينبغي الاعتماد عليه بهذه الصفة. ولا نقدّم خدماتنا الاستشارية إلا بموجب خطاب تكليف موقّع يحدد نطاق العمل وشروطه.
2. لا تنشأ علاقة تعاقدية بالتواصل.
لا يترتب على تواصلك معنا عبر الموقع، بما في ذلك نموذج التواصل، قيام علاقة تعاقدية بيننا. نرجو عدم إرسال أي معلومات سرية قبل الاتفاق على التكليف.

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
