We look for people who have already done substantive work in their field — not recent graduates building foundational skills. Our engagements are structured so that every team member adds direct analytical or advisory value, not delivery support.
Bilingual capability (English and Arabic) is strongly preferred across all roles. CFA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualifications are viewed favourably in advisory and finance roles.
We do not have a formal graduate programme. If you are early in your career and want to join CtrlShift, the path is to build substantive experience first — and apply when you can point to transactions, finance functions, or mandates you have led or materially contributed to.

القدرة ثنائية اللغة (الإنجليزية والعربية) مفضلة بشدة في جميع الأدوار. تُعدّ مؤهلات CFA وCPA وCA أو ما يعادلها إيجابية في أدوار الاستشارات والتمويل.
لا يوجد لدينا برنامج رسمي للخريجين. إن كنت في بداية مسيرتك المهنية وتريد الانضمام لكنترول شيفت، فالمسار هو بناء خبرة جوهرية أولاً — والتقدم حين تستطيع الإشارة إلى معاملات أو وظائف مالية أو تفويضات قدتها أو ساهمت فيها بشكل ملموس.
